This Movement class will leave you with a refreshing balance of energy and ease.

What to expect?

In this class you will be guided through a unique blend of

  • „No need for black roll“ – Fascia release.
    Through breath, posture, certain positions and movements you will release stored tension in your body and open your fascia to reset your whole nervous system and access new ranges of motion
  • Fun movement patterns that will help mobilise your joints and playfully explore the way of how you can move through space. The patterns will vary from floor work, animal locomotion to flow movement.
  • Joint specific mobility excercises. Targetting specific joint complexes in various ways to create movement diversity is crucial for a healthy body and life.

I genuinely don’t mind to lead this class until 9.30 if anyone’s up for a little more play. When planning the class, I simply took into consideration that some people need to work on weekdays.
